Cancellations will be charged 50% of the shooting fee the day before the scheduled shoot, and 100% of the fee on the day of the shoot.
Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. Please note that any notification received after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the following day.
For architectural photography, no fee will be charged for rescheduling due to inclement weather if notification is received by 5:00 p.m. the day before the shoot.
In case of cloudy to light rain, shooting will take place, but in case of rain, the schedule will need to be changed.
If only the exterior of the building is to be photographed at a later date, 50% of the photography fee and transportation costs will be charged separately.
In the event that shooting becomes impossible due to natural disasters or equipment problems, we will not be held responsible beyond the shooting fee.
If you have any floor plans, local guide maps, or reference materials, please send them to us before the start of the shooting.
If the distance is more than 30 km one-way from our office, priority will be given to the use of expressways and toll roads.
